Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may incur a late fee, and appointments 15+ minutes late may be canceled or adjusted at Trooly Polished’s discretion. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or same-day service reductions made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Please book carefully. Time is reserved exclusively for your appointment, and last-minute changes prevent those openings from being offered to other clients. Examples include: • No-showing your appointment • Canceling within 24 hours • Rescheduling within 24 hours • Arriving and choosing to remove a scheduled service (example: booking a pedicure + deciding not to receive it) For enhancement services: Significant outgrowth, excessive lifting, major reshaping, or structural rebuilding may require additional service time and pricing adjustments.
